With over 20 years previous experience, Keylon Interiors has quickly built a name for itself as a reliable and quality contractor, with core services including painting and decorating, carpentry and drylining. Each of these departments is headed up by a fully qualified, time-served contracts manager which provides our clients with a single point of senior management contact.
Our previous experience in main contracting and in-depth understanding of the demands and challenges that principal contractors and developers face ensures that we can always deliver our clients’ key needs; Health & Safety, Quality, Cost and Programme.
Based within the M25 (Swanley, Kent), we are ideally situated to service projects in London and the South East. As both a CHAS and Construction Line accredited company, health, safety and welfare is our absolute priority and we have a 100% CSCS qualified workforce.

How We Do It
Quality Control: At the heart of our business is an in-depth focus on quality control and programming. This ensures that we operate eﬃciently and in a clear methodological manner, whilst assisting our clients to achieve a quality end product that all parties can be proud of. We have an established set of sign off procedures and checklists which serve to complement the main contractors’ quality assurance processes, which allow us to consistently achieve a high level of quality.
All our operatives are fully qualified, time-served craftsmen in their respective fields who have passed a thorough vetting process prior to working with us.
Sequencing: We understand the pressures that our clients face in delivering a project on time so we always aim to assist them in maintaining the correct sequencing of trades and the full close out of proceeding activities.
Reporting & Communication: We produce simple, concise project reports which keep all parties abreast of areas including specific issues, current financial position, projected final account, progress to date, and projected completion date.
As a CHAS and Construction Line accredited company, health, safety and welfare is our absolute priority and we have a 100% CSCS qualified workforce. From the outset, our SSSTS qualified supervisors are involved in the production of project specific risk assessments and method statements. It is this early involvement of the site supervisor that ensures our works are not only properly planned but that they are also safely executed, every time.
