Keylon make strong start to 2017 commencing £1m Carpentry package
12.01.2017: After a successful 2016 Keylon Interiors have started 2017 in the same vein by starting carpentry works on a 332 unit residential scheme in Woolwich for Lovell Partnerships. The 332 units are phase one of a wider 1500 unit £269m scheme.
As part of our tender submission, Keylon committed to supporting the development and training of local youth by offering workplace training in the form of apprenticeships. During the life of the masterplan development over 90 training placements will be created.
Kyle Hunter, Director, Keylon Interiors said “Securing this package on one of Lovell’s flagship schemes really is testament to the hard work of the entire team, both office based and our operatives out on site. After exceeding our own targets in 2016 we are confident that with wins such as this and our strong pipeline we will continue to exceed our aggressive growth through 2017 and beyond.”
“We’re also pleased to be able to support the local community in offering the right candidates the opportunity to join our apprenticeship training scheme. As a business, we have our own plans to offer 20 new apprenticeships by 2020. More information on this will be available through our website and other media outlets in the coming months.”
